By using this site you agree to what follows. It is short.

About the code on this site

This is the important part. This site publishes PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid that you are expected to run on a live website. Read this before you paste anything.

  • Back up first. Every time. A database and file backup you have actually tested restoring.
  • Test on staging, not production. If you do not have a staging environment, LocalWP is free and takes ten minutes to set up.
  • Snippets are context-dependent. They are written against a specific problem in a specific setup. Your theme, plugins, PHP version, and host all change the outcome. Code that works perfectly on one site can break another.
  • You run it at your own risk. I cannot accept liability for data loss, downtime, broken layouts, or anything else that follows from code you chose to run. This is not evasion — it is that I cannot see your site, and a snippet is not a substitute for someone who can.

If something here breaks your site, tell me. I will fix the guide, credit you, and help you sort it out if I can.

Accuracy

Guides are written from real client work and checked before publishing, with a verification status on each one. WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, and Shopify all change. Something correct in July may be wrong by December. If you find something out of date, the contact page exists for exactly that.

The free consultation

The free consultation is a genuine answer to a specific problem. It is one considered reply, usually within a couple of working days — a diagnosis and a direction. It is not ongoing free development work, not a full site audit, not guaranteed in response time or outcome, and not a professional engagement or contract.

If the problem is bigger than a reply can cover, I will say so plainly and you can decide what to do next. There is no obligation.

Content ownership

Articles, guides, and original code on this site are mine. You are welcome to:

  • use the code snippets on any site you want, client or personal, commercial or not, no attribution needed. That is what they are for.
  • quote short excerpts of the writing with a link back.

You may not republish whole articles, translate and repost them, or feed the library into a scraped content site. If you want to reference something substantial, ask — I will usually say yes.

Third-party links

This site links to hosting providers, plugins, tools, and other people’s tutorials. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content, pricing, or practices.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top will tell you when they last did.
