Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, I earn a commission. You pay the same price either way.

That is the whole mechanism. Here is the part that actually matters.

What this does not change

I recommend what I use. Every tool on the Resources page is something I have run on real client sites. Where a free option does the job, the guide says so — that is the entire premise of this site, and it would be a strange thing to abandon for a small commission.

Free answers stay free. The fixes, snippets, and tools here work without buying anything. Where a paid tool is genuinely the right answer, I say why. Where a twenty-line snippet does the same job, I give you the snippet.

I do not accept payment for placement. No paid guest posts, no link insertions, no sponsored reviews, no “we’ll pay you to add us to the list.” I have turned these down and will keep turning them down. If a company is on the Resources page, it is because it earned the spot.

Which links are affiliate links

Affiliate links are marked where they appear, and there is a disclosure at the top of any page that contains them. On the Resources page, each card carrying an affiliate link says so directly, and the links are tagged rel="sponsored nofollow" in the HTML so search engines do not read them as editorial endorsements.

Programs I take part in

As affiliate relationships are set up, the specific programs are listed here so you can see exactly who I have a commercial relationship with. I do not list programs I have only applied to.

Why I do it at all

Writing these guides properly takes real hours. Affiliate commissions pay for that time so the guides can stay free and stay off the plugin-recommendation treadmill that funds most WordPress content.

If you would rather not use an affiliate link, search the tool’s name directly. No hard feelings, and the guide works the same.
